Thank you for choosing my photography services. By accessing this online gallery, downloading images, or purchasing prints or products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. All photographs remain the copyrighted property of the photographer unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Purchasing prints or digital images does not transfer copyright ownership. Clients may use purchased images for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing on personal social media accounts. Images may not be sold, altered significantly, entered into contests, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Digital downloads are licensed for personal use only. Please do not resell, redistribute, or provide high-resolution files to third parties. For the best color accuracy and image quality, prints should be ordered directly through this gallery. The photographer cannot guarantee the quality of prints produced by outside labs or consumer printers. Online galleries are available for a limited time. Clients are encouraged to download purchased digital files promptly. Gallery expiration dates are displayed within the gallery. Archival retrieval after expiration may be possible but is not guaranteed and may be subject to a retrieval fee. Payment is due at the time an order is placed. Orders begin processing after payment has been received. Because photographic products are custom-made, all sales are final except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules or shipping carrier delays. The photographer is not responsible for delays once orders have been shipped. If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photographs of the damage so we can work with the print lab to resolve the issue. Colors and brightness may vary between computer monitors, mobile devices, and printed products. Every effort is made to ensure accurate color reproduction. Client information is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service. Personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to process payments and fulfill orders. The photographer’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service.
